How Does a Driver Guide Tour to Europe Work?

1. You should be one (01) to twenty (20) person desirous to visit Europe.
   
   
2. In your group, there could be person of any age (there is no problem if there are infants or no problem if there is a handicapped person who will need a wheelchair).
   
   
3. You have to select your destination or itinerary.
   
   
4. We can also help you to select (plan) your itinerary by providing you our standard and special interest itineraries. We can also work out a special itinerary for you and your group after consultation with you and your group.
   
   
5. Your Europe tour program (itinerary) could be of one or two days or could run into weeks. Of course, we suggest minimum four days and maximum twenty-four days program.
   
   
6. At all the places we are staying overnight, we can book hotel, resort, guest-house or an apartment of your choice. You are also permitted to make a direct hotel / resort / apartment booking through internet or through your friend / relative / travel agent.
   
   
7. We suggest you an airline and can book and buy air-tickets on your behalf. You are also permitted to book / buy tickets directly or through your travel agent.
   
   
8. We provide you full details of destinations and make you aware about what to carry on your tour.
   
   
9. We can process your Schengen visa. Remember, there is only one visa for all the European countries and this visa is called SCHENGEN VISA. We can process this visa for you and your group. However, you are at liberty to process your own visa or the visa for your group. At times, the groups get their visas done by their travel agents. We have no objection if you don’t take this service from us.
   
   
10. In short, though we can buy your air travel tickets, book your hotels and process your visas, we have no problem if you get this done directly or through your travel agent because our main service begins when you arrive into Europe. We are your driver guides. Our main service begins on the day when you arrive in Europe and ends the day you leave Europe.
    
    
11. Due to our sound knowledge of European roads and destinations and due to our driving skills and experience, we take you smoothly around Europe. You are travelling in the comfort of your own vehicle.
    
    
12. The vehicle could be a four / five seat passenger car or a nine seta van or a 20 seat mini-bus. ‘Rakhdoo’ driver is qualified, licensed and experienced to drive any of these vehicles. Our vehicles are normally quite new and fitted with necessary gadgets. The seats are most comfortable. They do not have toilets but you and your group can stop any time to attend to the nature’s call because you are driving in your own hired vehicle with your own dedicated driver guide.
    
    
13. You and your group can thus visit all the places of your interest as per your itinerary.
    
    
14. It is also possible to keep the itinerary open to have the best feel of freedom and travel as you like. In such tours because you have not booked your hotels / accommodation, you are at liberty to stop anywhere and stay in any hotel on the way in any village or even in a highway motel. Europe has some of the most beautiful Garni Hotels that offer bed and breakfast, which you can avail, if you so desire.
    
    
15. You might question, what about the cost? How much a driver guide will cost? The answer is, normally a driver guide charges Euro 200 per day from the group (01 – 14 persons). But this cost may vary depending on the experience and seniority of driver guide and the time of your travel. From 15 April to 15 June, it is high season in Europe and during this time the driver guide can cost you Euro 300 per day. Please remember that this fee is on the basis of tour duration of minimum 09 (nine) days.
    
    
16. Is there any other cost?
    Yes, all the actual expenses are to your (group’s) account. These cost (expenses are as under
    
    
    1. The cost of hiring the vehicle. It is Euro 40 per day for a small car to Euro 300 per day for a mini bus.
    2. The fuel cost, Euro 1.60 to Euro 2.10 per liter, as actual. The fuel will be filled by the driver guide in your presence and you will pay the bill at the fuel station yourself. The vehicle is brought full tank and has to be returned full tank.
    3. You will provide ONE SINGLE ROOM to the driver guide throughout your tour. Its actual cost is paid by you directly at the hotel.
    4. You will offer dinner to the driver guide. Wherever you eat in the evening, he will eat with you and the cost is to your account.
    5. You will pay the return airfare of the driver guide, in the same airline in which you are travelling. He may travel with you or travel a day earlier.
    6. there is NO OTHER COST.
